House update!

So that first Sunday after accepting we arranged to do a sewer scope. Sure enough there was a problem. But we let the seller know and he paid to have it fixed. Monday was the inspection that went great. There were a few little things that we asked to have fixed but nothing that was a deal breaker if they decided not to fix anything. But Friday they finally responded with their counter offer that said they would fix almost everything.

So now all we have left really is the appraisal. It's gotta be worth what we said we would pay for it for the bank to give us a loan. We aren't too conserned as the houses around the area have priced quite a bit higher. That should be sometime before Wednesday from what I'm told. After that it should be smooth sailing. 19 days left!
